Music is an essential component of any wedding reception and choosing the right band is important. You won't find the “Chicken dance” or “Macarena” in the Sauce music repertoire. Sauce are not a cabaret or “wedding singer” type act, but a professional, reliable and versatile live music choice for such an occasion.

We can be as detached from or involved with the proceedings as you and the MC or bride and groom require. We liase closely throughout your wedding reception with the event coordinator, be that yourself, the MC or other person to ensure that all ceremonial matters are achieved to a high standard.
For a more formal occasion, an itinerary / program is required for introductions and announcements (ie. formal toasts, speeches and other ceremonial matters) together with CDs for any specific musical requirements. Use of our microphone and PA system by the Master of Ceremonies and for speeches and announcements if required is welcomed by us.
Whether it is a formal or informal/casual reception David and Craig will cater specifically for your requirements to ensure a uniquely memorable occasion for all attendees.
